White Cheese (Quark Cheese) |

Haloumi (Traditional Cypriot Cheese) |
Firm and slightly salty, this traditional cheese from Cyprus has a higher melting point than other cheeses which makes it suitable for frying and grilling. Slice and eat with watermelon for a cooling snack, the juicy watermelon and the saltiness of the cheese create a delicious combination, or barbecue and add to salads and a variety of dishes for a real treat. |
